At SELENE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your parcel at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the progress of your refund.
